Founded with a mission to provide affordable housing that meets the highest standards, we are committed to creating living environments where people can thrive. Our work begins in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where we collaborate with incredible partners like the Tulsa Housing Authority, the Tulsa Day Center, and the Cherokee Nation. Together, we strive to ensure that every unit we offer is a place we would feel proud to call home.
A key part of our strategy is to purchase apartment complexes in targeted areas of the city, renovate these units to a high-quality standard, and then make them available to low-income families and individuals, at below market rent. At Treasured Homes, we believe that everyone deserves to live in a space that is not only affordable but also well-maintained and desirable. If we wouldn’t feel comfortable living in a particular space, we wouldn’t expect our residents to either.
As we look to the future, our vision is to expand our impact across all 50 states, ensuring that more people can access housing that uplifts and sustains them. We are dedicated to challenging the status quo and redefining what affordable housing can and should be.
