At Treasured Homes, our roots run deep in Tulsa. As lifelong residents of this vibrant city, our founders have seen firsthand the challenges many of our neighbors face when it comes to finding safe, comfortable, and affordable housing. With extensive real estate experience, including the renovation of various properties ranging from single-family homes to entire apartment complexes, our founders are uniquely equipped to make a lasting impact.
Our projects focus on more than just shelter—they provide hope, dignity, and the opportunity for a better life. By addressing the housing crisis one home at a time, we are building stronger communities and creating a future where everyone has a place to call home.
At Treasured Homes, we believe that everyone deserves access to safe, clean, comfortable, and affordable housing. Our “Homes of Hope” program is a key initiative in bringing this vision to life. Through this program, we will be acquiring and renovating two apartment complexes in Tulsa: one with 14 units and another with 20 units. These apartments will be revitalized to meet our superior living standard, ensuring high-quality living conditions for our tenants.
Once renovated, the units will provide housing for individuals and families through partnerships with Section 8, the Tulsa Day Center, and the Cherokee Nation. Our goal is to help alleviate the housing crisis by offering dignified, affordable housing to those in need, making a tangible difference in the lives of low-income residents in our community.
We are excited to kick off this program in spring of 2025 and look forward to continuing our mission of providing clean, safe, and affordable homes for as many people as possible.
